Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025  ·  Last Updated: May 7, 2026

TL;DR (Plain English): Python Adventure is a free educational game for kids. We do not collect names, emails, or any personal information. We do not use advertising. Progress is saved only in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device. This site is safe for children of all ages.

🏢 1. Who We Are

Python Adventure (python.techvisionera.com) is an educational web application operated by TechVisionEra, an educational technology organization based in Malaysia. Our website is techvisionera.com.

Python Adventure is provided free of charge as a public educational resource for children, teachers, and parents worldwide.

For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at: privacy@techvisionera.com

🚫 2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Python Adventure collects zero personal data. Specifically, we do not collect:

💾 3. Game Progress — Local Storage Only

To remember your stars, completed levels, and badge achievements between visits, Python Adventure saves game progress data in your browser's localStorage — a standard browser feature that stores data only on your device.

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to our servers or to any third party. It is not associated with any identity. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data or local storage.

Data stored locally includes:

🌐 4. Third-Party Services

Python Adventure loads the following external resources to function correctly. These services may receive your IP address as part of normal HTTP requests, but they do not receive any personal data from us.

FONTS Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com)
Used to load the Nunito and Fredoka One typefaces for the game interface. Google Fonts does not use cookies for font requests and does not track users. Google Fonts Privacy FAQ →
CDN jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net)
Used to load Skulkt, the in-browser Python execution library that powers the Python Playground. jsDelivr is an open-source CDN that does not set cookies or track users. jsDelivr Privacy Policy →

We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Intercom, or any advertising or behavioral analytics tool.

🍪 5. Cookies

Python Adventure does not set any first-party cookies. The site does not use session cookies, persistent cookies, tracking cookies, or advertising cookies.

Third-party services listed above (Google Fonts, jsDelivr) may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. Based on current documentation, neither service sets tracking cookies during standard CDN requests.

Because we set no cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under GDPR or similar laws. If this changes, we will update this policy and add the appropriate notice.

👧 6. Children's Privacy

Python Adventure is designed specifically for children aged 6 and above and is operated in full compliance with children's privacy laws, including:
  • COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (USA)
  • GDPR Article 8 — Data Protection for children (EU/UK)
  • PDPA — Personal Data Protection Act (Malaysia)

Because Python Adventure does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13, no parental consent is required to use the application.

The application contains no advertising, no links to social media platforms, no chat features, no user-generated content, and no monetization directed at children.

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's use of this application, please contact us at privacy@techvisionera.com.

🔊 7. Voice Narration Feature

Python Adventure includes an optional voice narration feature powered by the browser's built-in Web Speech API (SpeechSynthesis). This feature uses the speech synthesis engine installed on your device or browser and does not send audio data or text to any external server.

The voice feature can be toggled on or off using the "🔊 Voice" button in the game header. Your preference is saved in localStorage on your device.

🛡️ 8. Data Security

Because Python Adventure collects no personal data, the risk profile is minimal. The application is served over HTTPS to protect the integrity of content delivered to your browser. All CDN resources are loaded from established, reputable providers.

The site implements the following security headers:

⚖️ 9. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable data protection law including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of personal data.

Since Python Adventure collects no personal data, there is nothing stored about you on our systems for us to access, correct, or delete. Your only stored data is your game progress in your browser's localStorage, which you control entirely and can delete at any time through your browser settings.

If you have any questions about your rights, contact us at privacy@techvisionera.com.

🌍 10. International Users

Python Adventure is accessible globally and welcomes students from any country. Since no personal data is collected or processed, cross-border data transfer regulations (such as GDPR Chapter V or CCPA) do not apply to this application.

🔄 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Because Python Adventure does not collect contact information, we cannot notify users of changes by email. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Python Adventure after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
